We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Technician to join our team at Parking Network BV. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of our parking system infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:- Installation and Configuration: Perform the installation and configuration of parking system products on site, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, understanding their needs and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and repair tasks on installed systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
- Training and Development: Organize and deliver training programs for internal staff and customers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Evaluate and resolve hardware and software malfunctions using diagnostic tools, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing business disruption.
- Education: Diploma in electronics, IT, or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in the parking or similar field, with a strong understanding of technical specifications and after-sales management.
- Skills: Knowledge of Linux operating system, data center management, data governance, and network administration.
