Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams at Analog Devices. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and to-spec.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all project activities are aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams to deliver projects successfully.
  3. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure that projects are completed within the approved parameters.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and customers.
  5. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
  6. Provide technical expertise and direction to project team members as required.
  7. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team leaders, and customers.
  8. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and final deliverables.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  2. At least 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time, on-budget, and to-spec.
  3. Previous experience working in a cross-functional team environment, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
  4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project team members.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  6. Strong technical skills, with experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  8. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. PMP or CAPM certification.
  2. Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  3. Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
  4. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
