Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Runner to join our team. As a Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations throughout the entire hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests, and working closely with various departments to deliver memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver items to guests in their rooms or provide support to other departments as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold quality standards in all interactions
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
