Job Summary

Tebubio is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
    • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to drive new business growth
  • Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
    • Develop and execute a customer engagement strategy to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience
  • Skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
