Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Patrimonial Security Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our logistics and security team, you will be responsible for managing the physical security plan, coordinating surveillance services, and leading security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive physical security plan to protect company assets and personnel
  • Coordinate with external security vendors to ensure compliance with company regulations and standards
  • Lead security operations, including risk assessments, incident response, and security training
  • Manage security budgets, including planning and forecasting
  • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in security and logistics

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in security management, logistics, or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of security regulations and standards, including BASC
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
