Humangest S.p.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistente Sociale to join our team in Osimo (AN). As a key member of our social services team, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need.

• Organize and manage social services, including the development of intervention plans to prevent and resolve social issues.
• Promote and develop participation, as well as design and manage response structures to meet needs.
• Work closely with clients, families, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop personalized support plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve desired outcomes.

• Diploma in Assistente Sociale or equivalent qualification.
• Laurea triennale in Scienze sociali e del servizio sociale, L-39 or Laurea Magistrale in Servizio Sociale e Politiche Sociali. L-87.
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Initial contract of somministrazione a tempo determinato with possibility of proroghe.
• Full-time position with 36 hours per week.
