Electromagnetic Compatibility Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct EMC measurements in internal/external laboratories, including debugging and preparation of test setups according to test plans. Perform internal instrument verification and calibration, following verification plans. Prepare EMC debug countermeasures in accordance with the EMC project manager's instructions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

High school technical diploma in electrical, electronics, or mechatronics. Proficiency in handling electronic measuring instruments and voltage sources, such as oscilloscopes, LCR meters, spectrum analyzers, power meters, NV-PSU, HV-PSU, and signal generators. Basic knowledge of EMC standards and experience with EMC measurement equipment. Ability to think at a system level, understand connections between EMC results, product design, and setup. Self-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset. Problem-solving and self-motivating attitude, as well as strong proactiveness and autonomy skills. Fluency in Italian and/or German, with basic English knowledge.
