About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve technical issues related to Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization
  • Configure and manage virtual environments
  • Manage the lifecycle of incidents and change requests
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with ticketing management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patent B and own vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV, Nutanix, Openstack, Proxmox)
  • Experience with Intunes
  • ITIL certification (Foundation level)
