About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our clients receive excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Resolve technical issues related to Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Configure and manage virtual environments
- Manage the lifecycle of incidents and change requests
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ticketing management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Patent B and own vehicle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV, Nutanix, Openstack, Proxmox)
- Experience with Intunes
- ITIL certification (Foundation level)
