About The Opportunity

Currie & Brown is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Milan office. As a leader in the international physical asset management and construction consultancy sector, we offer a unique opportunity for a strategic business leader to shape our future success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile projects.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation.

  • Provide expert advice on physical asset management and construction consultancy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive business performance and improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with a strong track record of leadership, business development, and client management. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and lead high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years' experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of business development and leadership.
  • Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Strategic and long-term thinking, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation.
