Job Title: Demand Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Management Specialist to join our team at Nestlé. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for effectively managing stock allocation processes, including proactively reviewing demand and supply simulations and executing customer behavior analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential mitigation actions to mitigate out-of-stock risks and escalate to other functions when required.
  • Collaborate with market functions to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business' ability to provide proactive communication to customers in case of out-of-stock situations.
  • Participate in Demand and Supply Review Meetings to support analysis and alignment of actions to solve in case of out-of-stock situations.
  • Execute system parameter changes, including mitigation action setup, order modification, and root cause code application.
  • Understand and select appropriate functionality to meet business needs for product allocation, stock reservations, sales order optimization, back-order processing, etc.
  • Monitor target achievements and KPIs/PPIs/HealthChecks attainment for the function and team, such as COF (Customer Order Fulfillment) and OTIF (On-time In Full).

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel.
  • Supply Chain and Demand Management knowledge and expertise.
  • Passion about Supply Chain and Order Management.
  • Curiosity, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent Italian and English.
