E-Work S.p.A., a recruitment agency, is seeking a LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE for a prominent company in the chemical sector that is experiencing significant growth in both domestic and international markets. This role offers an initial fixed-term contract.

The organization leverages advanced technology to manufacture specialty materials and chemical products utilized across various major industries and consumer applications.

We are in search of a LOGISTICS ASSOCIATE who will oversee the execution of delivery and logistics operations, ensuring timely shipments from production facilities and prompt delivery to clients. The position will involve daily SAP transactions and addressing any transportation delays, equipment issues, or other challenges that may affect timely customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all loading and shipping processes with local plant, warehouse, terminal personnel, and carriers to guarantee timely delivery to customers.
  • Proactively track open orders and deliveries to preemptively resolve issues and minimize the impact of unavoidable disruptions.
  • Serve as the primary transactional contact for customers and third-party logistics providers.
  • Maintain essential internal relationships with business, sales, supply chain planning, logistics procurement, product management, and other departments.
  • Manage exceptions and emergency situations effectively.
  • Document, investigate, and follow up on internal and external complaints.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Possess a strong, decisive personality.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Job Details:

  • Full-time position – 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
  • Initial fixed-term contract under CCNL Chimici Farmaceutici.
  • Supportive work environment that fosters employee well-being, growth, and achievement of goals.
