Job Title: Electronic Units Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Units Performance Manager to join our team at Thales Alenia Space. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with suppliers for the delivery of electronic units, from contract signature to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier activities according to Statement of Work (SOW) and Surveillance Plan
  • Coordinate with projects and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products
  • Identify and mitigate technical, quality, or planning risks that may impact TAS programs schedule or Cost of Non Quality
  • Provide regular technical, planning, risk, and opportunities status and forecast information to internal clients and Central Functions
  • Manage formal reviews and ensure exhaustiveness of deliverables
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid technical background in development of electronic units
  • Positive experience of supplier relationship management
  • Fluent in English
