About the Role:

As a Lab Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting production and quality control activities at our site. You will be responsible for conducting chemical-physical analyses on materials produced during development and on customer complaints, interacting regularly with Supply Chain, Application, R&D, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs laboratory analyses using various instruments:
    • Optical Microscopy
    • FTIR-ATR Spectroscopy
    • Chemical-Physical Analyses (MFI, Humidity, etc.)
    • Optical Analyses (Haze, Gloss, Clarity, etc.)
    • Thermal Analyses (DSC, Enthalpy, etc.)
    • Physical-Mechanical Tests with a Dynamometer
    • Instrument Calibration
  • Supports production and process departments in resolving quality-related production issues.
  • Interacts with the application team and sales to resolve quality issues from customers and introduce new materials.
  • Contributes to the production of data and analysis to support the process team in creating Test Methods and specific emissions.
  • Supports local and overseas CQE in managing complaints.
  • Collaborates with the quality group of food and protective sites in EMEA for laboratory analyses.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemistry or related field
  • Medium-Advanced level of English knowledge
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and SAP applications
