Job Title: Food Service Manager

Location: Vicenza, USAG Italy

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Ladgov Corporation. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining facility, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring that they are satisfied with the food and service provided.

Requirements:

  • Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Must have at least 5 years of experience in food service management.
