Your Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Trade Marketing & Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. This role involves supporting our TMK and RGM units by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks for planning, execution, and tracking. The ideal candidate will drive business unit success through alignment and correct local deployment of strategic levers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic guidelines and frameworks to ensure alignment and correct local deployment.
  • Transfer defined TMK & RGM vision and objectives to teams ensuring correct alignment and local support.
  • Establish required reporting and shared KPIs among business units.
  • Support Strategic Business Plan development, reflecting TMK & RGM vision within the organization.
  • Provide a global POS toolkit acting as a handbook for markets.
  • Define budget allocation guidelines.
  • Bullet Build shared assets for key account managers.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Global Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align TMK & RGM initiatives with overall business strategies and execute them effectively. Furthermore, they will contribute to the development of the TMK & RGM Community, consolidating resources among business units, facilitating best practice sharing, and standardizing content. Additionally, the individual will share regular updates on the latest industry trends to support stakeholders in staying at the forefront of innovation.
Skill Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated leadership in driving core trade marketing and RGM projects forward, proficiency in TMK strategies, and in-depth industry knowledge and market trends. They should also be capable of leading organizational change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes, strategies, and global best practices. Excellent coordination and project management skills are essential for seamless communication within the organization. Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reflecting the complex nature of this role, requiring expertise in global trade marketing and revenue growth strategy, as well as the location in Madrid.
