Financial Operations Specialist

Mattel is seeking a Finance Coordinator for Italy & Iberia, based in Milan or Barcelona, on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and develop themselves in a multinational and challenging environment.

• Benefits deductions management for Italy and Iberia markets, including benefits deductions management and clean-up efforts with Commercial Team and Collections.
• Follow up on Claims deductions and preparation of credit notes clearance documentation and invoice templates for booking in AP.
• Support information on Audit requests.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Actuals Close.
• AR/AP management and Customer Aging follow up.

• Finance experience in a similar environment would be desirable.
• University degree in Finance or any other related field (Bachelor / Master / Diploma).
• Fluent in English, Italian & Spanish.
• Strong MS Office knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Excel, being able to manipulate complex raw data.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a proactive nature.
• Able to identify and address process improvements and share expertise with others.
• Willingness to take responsibility and ability to learn quickly and work independently.
