R&D Team

Our Research & Development team represents a fundamental asset for the business, divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects, including discovery and preclinical research, global technical development, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management.

Job Description

You will be responsible for providing high-quality bioanalytical methods across projects, ensuring timely delivery of study results. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and organization of outsourced bioanalytical activities
  • Management of external bioanalytical partner laboratories
  • Validation of bioanalytical assays for PK, PD, and immunogenicity assessments
  • Supporting clinical teams with bioanalytical input for clinical trials
  • Coodinating the analysis of biological samples from clinical studies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on or oversight experience
  • A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or similar
  • Fluency in English
