Are you ready to dive into the world of sell-out data insights and leverage your skills to enhance customer experience? As a Trade Marketing Trainee at Kellanova, you'll be part of a dynamic Category team in Milan, Vimercate, working closely with peers to customize solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update monthly reports based on sell-out data for all required geographies, maintaining customer sell-out KPIs for major customers.
  • Utilize ILD and Nielsen data to generate information for category and customer presentations.
  • Support the Category Cereal manager in developing and implementing Category Customer Projects, assisting with customer analysis and shelf projects.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in economics or engineering.
  • Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Italian.
  • Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
  • Confidence in handling sell-out Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactive, driven, independent, and analytical mind, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions.
