About the Role

As a 3PL Fulfillment Specialist with Amazon, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between Amazon Operations and third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and monitor workflows to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Resolve operational problems in flows to/from external service providers.
  • Act as a point of contact for communication between Operations and related partners.

A Day in the Life:

You will have the opportunity to work on daily tasks related to 3PL performance and participate in ad-hoc projects, new implementations, and process optimization initiatives.

About the Team:

Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) manages heavy items like furniture and large home appliances, focusing on customer care, safety, productivity, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in German (C1 CEFR) and English.
  • Relevant experience with data analytics and MS Office suite.
  • Experience in operational environments or stakeholder management.
