About the Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our After Sales team as an ADAS, HMI & Data Management Systems Referent. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our After Sales department, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the After Sales Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Monitor and track the timing, costs, quality, and purchasing of components discussed in SET meetings
- Share relevant information collected during ADAS, HMI & Data Management Systems SET meetings with After Sales teams
- Track decisions made by the ADAS, HMI & Data Management Systems SET and ensure follow-up actions
- Support the After Sales Project Manager in defining technical and product requirements
- Prepare business cases for potential solutions requested by the technical area of After Sales
About You
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or an equivalent education
- At least 3 years' experience in Automotive or Mechanics companies, preferably in After Sales
- Office suite and in particular Excel and Power Point
- Fluent English, Italian, and German will be considered a plus
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
