About the Role:


This position is focused on developing a localised business plan and implementing the defined strategies to drive new sales opportunities across Southern Europe.


Responsibilities:


Develop new business and drive sales growth for our suite of products including Governance, Investor Relations and ESG.


Implement the strategic Nasdaq value proposition related to the key vertical listed above and achieve revenue objectives through new business.


Supporting the Sales Director to prospecting; including, researching leads, create lists, cold calling, emailing, event prospecting and lead follow ups.


Follow the Nasdaq consultative selling approach.


Maintain high quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.


Undertake continual development and industry training to maintain Nasdaq's position as the top tier global provider.


Requirements:


Professional working proficiency in English, French and Italian (verbal & written).


Experience developing and executing on sales and account management plans.


Comfortable communicating with C-level and build rapport with key decision makers to become a trusted advisor.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Customer centric and proactive in relationships and opportunities, e.g. looks for signals that the customer may need additional products/services.


Ability to demonstrate and understand key business drivers, awareness of the competitive landscape.
