We are seeking a skilled Risk Security Specialist to ensure the effective mitigation and control of security risks within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining policies and documentation for our security program.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the 1st Line CyberSecurity team to address risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and report on the effectiveness of security controls to management.
- Monitor compliance with local and industry-specific regulations, such as PCI DSS and ISO27001.
- Develop and implement measures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic audits of internal data and network security controls to identify risks and promote continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to the 1st line security organization on security best practices.
- Monitor and validate the security maturity level of key suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Information security, security risk management, and/or cyber security.
- Proven knowledge of relevant security frameworks, such as ISO27001 and PCI.
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Results-driven and persistent.
- Multicultural mindset and flexibility to work in an international environment.
