Super Yacht Production Supervisor

Palmer Johnson Yachts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Super Yacht Production Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing production resources to produce high-quality projects while meeting schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the construction phases process, from estimate to test
- Coordinate the construction work of the boat, ensuring quality, time, and cost compliance
- Support and solve technical problems, leading the organization of works on board and optimizing personnel use
- Evaluate work types, create detailed programming, and schedule activities
- Coordinate work with supplying firms, applying time planning and control techniques
- At least 5 years of experience in super yacht production
- Good English and Italian verbal and written communication skills
