As a key member of our competence center, you will be responsible for delivering digital transformation projects based on Microsoft technology.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned consultant with expertise in implementing software solutions for the fashion and retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, including product design, production, sales, and logistics. You will work closely with clients to analyze their requirements, configure and set up the Dynamics 365 Business Central system, and provide training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and collect client requirements in the operation area
- Redact specifications and functional analysis documents
- Configure and set up the Dynamics 365 Business Central system
- Ensure the quality of developments through testing and validation activities
- Manage the integration with other client systems and applications
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Maintain existing clients
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Application/Funtional Consultant in software implementation projects for the fashion and retail industry
- Strong knowledge of business processes in the fashion and retail industry, including product design, production, sales, and logistics
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Informatica, or other relevant fields
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and advanced project management skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Preferred requirements: knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV, Power Platform, and Power BI
