Job Description

We are looking for a Databricks Expert to join our Data&Intelligence Service Line, where you will play a key role in supporting customers in Big Data projects. As a bridge between Data Science and Data Engineering, you will deliver data acquisition, transformations, and improvement, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of both worlds and be able to think outside the box to find innovative solutions to everyday issues. If you are a Data Scientist looking for more experience in preparing data or a Data Engineer with interest in Data Science, willing to have a KAIZEN approach, continuously improving technical skills and knowledge, you can be a great fit for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers in Big Data projects
  • Work in partnership with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives
  • Deliver data acquisition, transformations, and improvement, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models

Requirements:

  • Clear understanding of both Data Science and Data Engineering
  • Ability to think outside the box to find innovative solutions
  • KAIZEN approach, continuously improving technical skills and knowledge
