Department Manager

Primark, un'azienda leader nel settore del Fashion Retail, sta cercando un professionista dinamico e motivato per ricoprire il ruolo di Department Manager.

La nostra azienda è presente in Italia con più di 5 punti vendita e continua a espandersi nel territorio nazionale. Come Department Manager, avrai la possibilità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e di crescere professionalmente.

Le tue responsabilità:
  • Guidare e formare un team di almeno 10 persone
  • Gestire il commercio del proprio reparto, analizzando i principali KPI e attività di riordino di grandi volumi di merce
  • Garantire ottimi standard di vendita per un'eccellente customer experience

Il candidato ideale:
  • Determinato a crescere per diventare il nostro Store Manager dei futuri punti vendita in apertura
  • Con esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel mondo Retail/GDO
  • Con esperienza nella gestione, formazione e sviluppo di team
  • Dinamico e proattivo
  • Disponibile al trasferimento sul territorio nazionale – con la possibilità di esprimere una preferenza su almeno 3 regioni nelle quali siamo presenti.

Per questo Primark supporterà economicamente i tuoi trasferimenti fin dall'assunzione, con una specifica policy d'affitto che prevede un contributo fino ad un massimo di € 1.000 lordi mensili per una durata fino a 6 mesi.
