Mercer Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled professional to join its Global Mobility Team as an International Mobility Senior Consultant based in Italy.

You will be responsible for advising clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing customer relationships.

We will count on you to:

  • Advise clients on international mobility topics, acquiring new customers, and expanding existing customer relationships;
  • Account management responsibilities;
  • Project management of national and international consulting projects focusing on international compensation and participation in national and international project teams;
  • Identify market trends and customer needs and support the evolution of Mercer products and services;
  • Holding presentations and external lectures, conducting seminars, writing articles, and conducting marketing activities.

What you need to have:

  • Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or similar;
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of international compensation and/or mobility/secondment of an international company, ideally acquired in a corporate environment or in a renowned management consultancy;
  • Consulting and/or sales experience in International Compensation and/or Global Mobility services;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English;
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook);
  • Strong analytical, processing, and data-driven aptitude and skills.
