We are seeking a skilled Pool Attendant to join our team at JW Marriott Venice Resort & Spa. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the pool deck, surrounding areas, and recreational facilities in a clean and safe condition.
- Assist guests with pool-related activities and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality assurance expectations.
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant training.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the pool area with ease.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
