Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Franklin Electric, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market share within assigned European territories. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, analyze market trends, and implement sales strategies to achieve profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic, or water industry.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients within European territory, attend industry events, and visit regularly the headquarter in Dueville.
