About the Position

As a Junior Engineering Operations Specialist at Arrow Electronics Italia S.r.l. (fka Silverstar S.r.l.), you will be responsible for providing day-to-day engineering support to our team. This role involves performing a range of tasks to ensure the highest level of service and to contribute to improving our Demand Creation KPI results, maintain efficiency in operational processes and procedures, and serve as a liaison between Arrow's internal resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day engineering support, performing engineering support functions to provide the highest level of service.
  • Data Processing: enter and maintain Customer Project info and details into the Arrow ERP system working with engineering and sales teams to resolve any issues.
  • Data scrubbing, update, and maintenance
  • Data Analysis / Analytics
  • Pull reporting/generate new reports regularly and on case-by-case basis
  • Leads follow up
  • Samples management
  • Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day activities and assist the operations manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.

Requirements

  • Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures

  • Native Italian level
  • Proven organizational skills, including time management
  • Basic Project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms
  • French language is a nice to have
