The Role

We are seeking a talented Field Marketing professional to join our team and lead the development and execution of innovative marketing programs that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue growth through strategic alliances. In this role, you will drive field marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to craft strategies that align with our business objectives and strengthen alliance relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive field marketing plans, working hand-in-hand with sales, alliances, and marketing teams
  • Craft strategies that not only align with our business objectives but also strengthen alliance relationships
  • Execute joint marketing activities, from events and webinars to thought leadership content and demand generation campaigns
  • Represent Kyndryl and our alliance partners with pride, ensuring consistency in messaging, positioning, and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing activities
Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for driving business growth and collaboration. You should have:

  • 8+ years of experience working in alliance marketing or channel marketing within the technology industry
  • In-depth understanding of alliance partnerships and the ability to develop and execute joint marketing strategies
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proven track-record in delivering ABM (Account Based Marketing) alignment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
