Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team of Professionals: You will be responsible for managing a team of logistics coordinators, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Implement Process Improvements: You will analyze current processes and implement changes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: You will work closely with management-level colleagues to standardize shift practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
As an Area Manager, you will work on a shift pattern at one of our Fulfilment Centres, ensuring it operates at maximum productivity. Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture of safety, uphold quality and shift performance standards, and oversee process improvements within your area.
