At Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to join our team in Genoa, Italy. As a key member of our Grid Automation department, you will be responsible for managing warranty and SLA/LTSA from PAC/FAC to the End, ensuring financial results of the project, and managing project risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warranty and SLA/LTSA from PAC/FAC to the End
  • Be responsible for financial results of the project and manage project risks
  • Leading Handover together with Lead Engineering assuring the complete handover package transferal
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering)
  • Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components)
  • Act as main contact point for customer
  • Be responsible for Lessons Learned sharing with the organization
  • Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for the planned maintenances
  • Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements:

  • Preferred at least 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers and assigned team especially in Service
  • Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project)
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented and problem solving
