Randstad Italia Spa, divisione Key Client Center, is seeking a skilled Addetto al banco salumeria to join a dynamic team in the food retail industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and promoting our products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the salumeria counter, serving customers with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Prepare and present food products, including meats and cheeses.
  • Process customer orders and restock the counter as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of salumeria and gastronomy products.
  • Ability to use cutting tools and scales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends.
What We Offer:
  • Initial contract of 1 month in temporary employment, followed by a direct contract of 3-4 months with the possibility of extensions up to 8 months.
