We are currently seeking a remarkably skilled Front Office Supervisor to become part of our esteemed team.

This role involves close interaction with guests to understand their preferences and desired experiences, enabling the creation of personalized recommendations.

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Front Office operations in alignment with company policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring excellence at all times;
  • Manage cash transactions, including guest billing;
  • Relay pertinent guest and group information to the appropriate internal teams;
  • Anticipate guest needs and address any complaints effectively;
  • Supervise and support team members.

Qualifications:

High standards of service are essential.

- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of a third language is advantageous;

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury setting;

- Strong communication skills;

- High emotional intelligence;

- Ability to collaborate effectively;

- Results-driven approach;

- Adaptability to changing circumstances;
