About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Société Générale Securities Services. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in defining and documenting business needs and software requirements, working closely with stakeholders to deliver value-enhancing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners to develop initiatives that effectively support business operations.
- Ensure the security and proper functioning of assigned Information System segments.
- Plan and monitor IT evolutions for external developments and support the manager in supervising external providers.
- Lead IT projects and change requests for the Value Chain.
- Support multiple skillsets as a team member of the Agile Team, ensuring the delivery of working code that supports prioritized business needs.
- Contribute to Agile Chapter Business Analyst and support Agile Chapter initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related studies.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, handling complex projects.
- Preferable: prior experience in Securities Banking Operations/Custodian and Settlement perimeter.
Language Skills
- Italian: C2.
- English: C1.
