Origination & Client Management Trainee - International Credit Recovery Specialist

Responsibilities

The role involves:

  • Managing contracts (new/renewal) for existing and new clients, with a focus on small ticket banking, financial, and commercial transactions, by inserting data into the operating system (Colldesk or Bridge) with the setting of economic parameters (fees and costs);
  • Interfacing with various company departments (IT, OPS, Finance OPS) to share contractual conditions and report any operational peculiarities or requests that require intervention from other departments;
  • Configuring, in the case of international mandates, codes related to SO (sister Office) and international partners;
  • Providing technical and analytical support for the use of Salesforce, the company's CRM application;
  • Managing Client Portals (as suppliers), from qualification to maintenance, with the preparation and updating of documentation to be uploaded, involving various departments as needed.

The role also involves, in the long term, similar activities on the acquisition and management of NPL client portfolios.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge of the credit recovery sector and collection processes in banking, financial, and corporate environments;
  • Desirable knowledge of the currently used applications for small ticket (Colldesk/Bridge) and, in the long term, for NPL;
  • Ability to work in a team, problem-solving approach;
  • Good precision, proactivity, ability to work under pressure respecting deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce will be considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of the company's interactive portal, Intrum Web;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
