We are looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about social networks and enjoys helping others.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries and concerns related to our social media platforms. Your primary goal will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in customer support. You should be proficient in Italian and English, and have a strong understanding of social media platforms.

You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide product information. We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and has a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via email, chat, and phone calls
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
