Project Coordinator

Siciliamia is a new business in Sicily, combining organic farming with a unique villa rental experience. Our goal is to provide a luxurious and environmentally friendly getaway for our guests.

We are seeking a highly reliable and hard-working Junior Project Manager to support our CEO team in handling demanding projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of project management, including employee relations, internal policies, talent management, and training.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. They will also have strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects and report to the CEO
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Provide administrative support to employees, including recruitment, training, benefits, and employee relations administration
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance and analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution
• Conduct project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies
