Job Title: Office Manager Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to support our Managing Director in Milan. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Managing Director in planning and executing annual activities
Coordinate internal and external communications
Manage documentation, including contracts and internal policies
Handle invoices and office expenses
Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
Diploma in economics or science
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good knowledge of English (at least B1)

Work Location: 80% smart-working, part-time 24h, office in Milan once a week
