About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Bergamo. As a key member of our smart power division, you will be responsible for operating process equipment or machinery to convert raw materials or semi-finished parts into components or finished parts for a final product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute assigned work according to agreed workflows and in accordance with ABB standard processes and safety guidelines.
  • Operate machines in accordance with operating manual/work schedule/production order instructions.
  • Carry out routine set-up and adjustments as well as simple repairs and fitting simple replacement parts.
  • Regular standard maintenance of the equipment, set up of tools, and programming.
  • Conduct shop floor operations in compliance with health & safety guidelines and report any non-compliance.
Requirements
  • You hold a technical diploma in mechanics or mechatronics.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in working on machine tools (1-2 years of experience).
  • Possess enhanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • You are proactive, passionate, and have teamwork skills.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and have a basic knowledge of English.
