Job Title: Customer Experience Manager - North Milan Front Desk

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Customer Experience Manager to join our Front Desk team at our North Milan facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and hassle-free.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide attentive and friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  2. Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  3. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing using our management systems.
  4. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  5. Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or equivalent role in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (knowledge of Italian is a plus).

Estimated salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
