Job Title: Project & Stakeholder Officer

At Zenit Formazione, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project & Stakeholder Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of innovative projects in support of our collaborative spaces, focusing on education and training, local development, digital and green transition, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop projects funded by local, national, and European institutions, in collaboration with public and private entities.
  • Develop project proposals, from conceptual to formal submission, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with funding requirements.
  • Support the management and coordination of activities across our network of Open LAB hubs, ensuring synergy between locations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and community members to promote and develop strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of set objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of partnerships and collaborations at the local level.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management and development, with a focus on EU, national, and local funding.
  • Master's degree in economic, social, or innovation management disciplines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite and design thinking tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
