About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our strategic technology initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale technology programs, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Lead and manage complex technology programs, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive financial integrity, manage commercial aspects of programs, and ensure successful delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Intellectual Property: Research and share intellectual property, providing recommendations for improving our operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs, preferably at an international scale.
  • Program Governance: Strong program governance skills, including financial management, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, senior stakeholder communications, and risk management.
  • Certifications: PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience managing technology-related projects, including infrastructure, cloud, security, Office365, or productivity solution implementations.
