We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive growth in the Russian market. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, identifying their training needs, and developing ongoing partnerships to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth
  • Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert, ensuring seamless integration and adoption
  • Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive high levels of engagement and satisfaction with our training solution
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Collect feedback and analyze learner experiences to inform product development and improvement initiatives
  • Develop industry insights, guidance, and recommendations to optimize clients' training performance and drive business results
