We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Director to join our team in the EMEIA Region, Chlor Alkali business.
About the RoleThis role involves driving sales growth, expanding business market presence, and managing a team of sales specialists in Italy and Germany. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing strategic sales plans and building strong relationships with key CA customers and stakeholders.
- Achieving and exceeding CA sales targets and revenue goals within the designated regions.
- Increasing market share by identifying and capturing new CA business opportunities.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing CA customers and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Successfully acquiring new CA customers and expanding the customer baseline.
Key Requirements
- Master's degree preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 15 years related working experience preferably in electro-chemistry, at least 10 in sales roles in the EMEIA region.
- Strong technical knowledge of the CA market and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
