About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technical Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, with excellent technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customers' technical requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system parameterization, application analysis, and component selection.
  • Participate in the configuration and optimization of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Support troubleshooting of technical issues both remotely and locally, and oversee the installation and commissioning of systems.
  • Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, partners, and internal staff on the use and maintenance of HVAC systems.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a technical role related to HVAC systems (parameterization, installation, or technical support).
  • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics principles applied to HVAC systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial programming software (e.g., ISaGRAF) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HVAC simulation software.
  • Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with electronic controls and HVAC applications (PLC, BMS) and communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork attitude, customer focus, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to international contexts, and willingness to travel abroad.
