Job Description

Humangest S.p.A. is seeking a skilled Packaging Designer to join our team in Fisciano (Sa). As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and effective packaging solutions for our clients in the flexible packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design packaging concepts that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with our product development, graphic design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging design with overall product strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and production processes to ensure our packaging solutions are always cutting-edge.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards for packaging safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in packaging design or a related field.
  • Excellent creative and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
