Global Academy Junior Client Trainer

At CCH Tagetik, we are seeking a motivated Junior Client Trainer to support the Corporate Academy and Knowledge Management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting in the development of new training courses and related assets under the guidance of a senior team member or Subject Matter Expert.
  • Maintaining existing training material and ensuring it remains up-to-date.
  • Testing existing training material after technical or functional updates.
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of digital assets related to product enablement, such as videos, e-learning, and knowledge base articles.

As a Junior Client Trainer, you will work closely with the Academy/Knowledge Management team and the training network, assisting senior team members in their activities. Your focus will be on developing new release features, which will be produced quarterly. You will also be responsible for improving your knowledge of CCH Tagetik processes through on-the-job experience and formal learning.


To be successful in this role, you should possess:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Humanities, Digital Communication, Languages, Economics).
  • Strong attention to detail, a sense of ownership, and a proactive attitude towards your role.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Open-mindedness and a willingness to interact with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • A willingness to learn and interact with many different stakeholders and departments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise software (ERP, BI tool) or cloud software (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Success Factors) is a plus.

As a Junior Client Trainer at CCH Tagetik, you can expect:
