About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to join our team at GRS Recruitment. As a key member of our corporate advisory team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth through in-depth knowledge of tax structuring and legislation in various countries.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify complexities and issues in target market countries.
  • Solution Development: Develop viable and profitable solutions to bring to the knowledge of stakeholders, driving business relationships and growth.
  • Partnership Development: Secure ongoing business development with new overseas partners in the corporate advisory area, including law and tax firms.
  • Product Development: Explore and research the needs for new products or applications, with a strong drive to develop and grow the business.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ACCA/ACA qualified professional.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Cyprus and good knowledge of International Tax Law.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Managerial role within the Corporate/Commercial sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of producing, spearheading, and managing the implementation of successful business development plans.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel abroad when necessary.
